The law firm Consiliaris, s.r.o. with its seat in Bratislava, which consists of a team of experienced lawyers, is one of the law firms operating on the Slovak market of the provision of legal services. She finished her master’s studies at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava in 2007 and since this time she has been active in advocacy.

The remuneration for legal services is subject to an agreement between the attorney at law and the client. When determining the amount of remuneration for the service, we consider the difficulty and circumstances of each legal matter. The amount of remuneration as well as the form of payment shall be agreed with the client prior to the provision of the legal services.

In accordance with applicable and effective legislation governing the remuneration and compensation of attorneys at law for providing legal services, the basic amount of the tariff fee shall be determined by the tariff value of the case or the kind of case or the right and the number of acts of legal services that the attorney at law has carried out in the particular case, unless the regulation provides otherwise.
